We welcome young people as leaders and participants in the life of the parish. Parish Youth have played an active rôle in the liturgy - singing and playing instruments at Masses, reading, serving as extraordinary ministers of holy communion; in addition a group of talented young people have put on tableaux for the Good Friday Stations of the Cross to great acclaim.
A youth ensemble has been formed to lead the singing during Mass once a month. Rehearsals are on Saturday at 4.30pm. The ensemble is made up of very talented musicians and singers; if you would like to take part come along to a rehearsal or contact Fr Sean.
The parish also has close links with Santa Maria College. Mass is celebrated at the College every Thursday morning and the boarders join us on a regular basis for Sunday Mass.
In addition to these, we do combine with neighbouring parishes to put on events.
