Baptisms
Baptisms are wonderful celebrations - the door to the church, the other sacraments and to heaven. Adults seeking baptism would generally take part in the parish RCIA programme. Parents requesting baptism for their children need to make a commitment to bring up the child in the faith of the Church.
Baptisms are generally celebrated after the 9.00am Mass on Sundays. On the second Tuesday of the month we have a baptism preparation evening run by parishioners. After attending the session you are asked to make an appointment to see the parish priest. If you would like to have your child baptized please contact the parish office.

Marriages
If you are contemplating marriage, please accept our congratulations. The time leading up to your marriage is a special time, a time of preparation not just for the wedding ceremony, but for the sacrament of marriage. If you are thinking of marriage please contact the parish office as soon as possible - we ask for six months notice. Engaged couples take part in a diocesan marriage preparation course as well as discussions with the priest. One can book for the diocesan course online.
Anointing of the Sick
The sacrament is celebrated during Mass on the first Saturday of the month.
This sacrament is for all who are seriously ill or feeling the burdens of age.
If you are ill, homebound or going into hospital and you would like the sacraments please do contact the presbytery.

The church is generally open during the day and you are welcome to come and spend time in prayer. The Lord's presence to us in the Blessed Sacrament is an extension of the sweetness of the Eucharistic feast.
